The final invoice arrives after the event, with a usual payment term of 8 days. Cancellation is possible only in writing at least 15 days before the event. After that, the last pro-forma amount is charged. For RSD payments a registered blank bill of exchange is usually required with supporting documents; compensation not possible. Basic A/V tech support (projectors, screens, microphones, computers, cameras/monitors - by hall type) is included in the rental price. After the event, actual usage is settled; late payments incur statutory default interest.
