Validate the document with the editor-in-chief’s signature and the outlet’s stamp. Send the scanned document to akreditacije@sajam.net or deliver it to the Novi Sad Fair address. Tip: send your request as early as possible and specify exact dates and crew. Rules & limits Accreditation allows multiple entries, is issued to the outlet and by name, and is non-transferable. We issue both annual and daily accreditations, depending on the program and needs. Please inform us about changes (director/editor-in-chief, address, phones). Frequently asked questions (FAQ) How fast do we get a response? Typically very quickly after receiving complete documentation. During major fairs, brief delays are possible. Who can apply? Registered outlets (print, online, radio, TV, agencies, productions) with editor-in-chief validation. How are accreditations collected? Collection follows the instructions provided in the confirmation (depending on the event and gate schedules). Can we later replace team members? Replacements are possible with timely notice to PR services so we can update lists.
