The Second century of existence will not bring changes - the Novi Sad Fair will continue to be a place where you gain an advantage! The education fair, primarily intended for students in the final grades of primary and secondary schools in 2024, will be held on March 21 - 23. It will bring together institutions representing more than 500 educational profiles and will provide a comprehensive offer of secondary, higher, and higher education in our country, complemented by the offer of secondary schools and faculties abroad.

GUIDELINES FAIR IN 2024
The International Education Fair "Putokazi" was organized from March 21 to 23, in the "Master" Hall of the Novi Sad Fair. It brought together educational institutions - state and private, which offered more than 500 educational profiles and presented secondary, higher, and higher education in our country, along with information about continuing education in secondary schools and faculties abroad - in Slovakia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, USA. The Embassy of Canada presented the visitors with an offer of continuing education.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Defense, and provincial secretariats also took part... Panels were held on current developments in primary and secondary education.
The Provincial Secretariat for Education used the opportunity to present several projects such as Andrevlje and the quiz "How well do we know each other?", as well as to promote the World Robotics Olympiad competition. The secretariat also hosted representatives of the Republic Pedagogical Institute of Republika Srpska, and in cooperation with the Vojvodina Pedagogical Institute, time was dedicated to protecting children from violence on the Internet.
Some schools presented examples of good practice, and interactive content was specially organized for visitors at the joint stand of the University of Novi Sad and the faculty - workshops, social games, demonstrations...
The workshops dealt with topics such as: Prepared for anything: about disasters and emergencies, Know how to learn, don't struggle, Soil and plants (workshops and quizzes), Virtual and augmented reality in graphic engineering and design, Interesting economy, Green fashion - Green is IN (dedicated, among other things, to sustainable textile materials... For curious students, natural sciences are easy (the workshop was intended for primary and secondary school students, to serve as a basis for simply understanding the laws of physics), health food - (the workshop aimed to acquaint visitors to the Education Fair with the basic truths and misconceptions related to proper nutrition)...
Numerous demonstrations were also held - Environmental protection in a VR environment, Case study demonstration using Microsoft HoloLens, 3D scanner operation demonstration, What is the quality of the air we breathe?, Air quality measurement demonstration using low-cost sensors, Total stations and making 3D models...
They talked about "How the Earth is changing its climate", about a Clean Environment - a sustainable future, dual education... Social games such as "Arena Civilization" were promoted - the result of students' work on a project that should show applied knowledge from history in the context of the promotion of historical science and games "What words did we take from German?".
Fair visitors had the opportunity to solve problems related to chemistry through a digital "Escape room".
Several knowledge quizzes were also organized - "Knowledge quiz and mock-up and modeling of 3D objects in construction", "Knowledge quiz in the form of code snippets for high school graduates", and "How well do you know Germany, Austria, and Switzerland?".
The Provincial Secretariat for Urban Planning and Environmental Protection devoted itself to "Experiences and challenges during the 15 years of the program for cleaner and greener schools in Vojvodina". New study programs were also presented, such as Bioinformatics at PMF.
The activities were organized by the faculties of the University of Novi Sad, primary and secondary schools in Sečnje, Subotica, Zrenjanin, Banatski Karađorđev, Vršac, PU in Srbobran, the Provincial Secretariat for Urban Planning and Environmental Protection, the Republican Pedagogical Institute of the Republic of Srpska...
The Association of Female Scientists of Serbia "Srna" also presented itself at the Education Fair "Signposts" through a thematic program called "Small Science Playhouses". Elementary and high school students had the opportunity to show in a creative way how to use recycled material and waste to create electrodes, and experiment with molecules from food using test tubes and other chemical accessories as unusual tools.... A special attraction for all the curious was to try something new, such as edible insects.
Confirmed quality of educational institutions The expert commission of the Novi Sad Fair evaluated the quality of educational institutions in anticipation of the "Putokazi" Education Fair. Charters, plaques, diplomas with special recognition, as well as numerous medals were presented. |

Fairs dedicated to literature, art, and education in 2024
The March events in 2024 - the 28th international art exhibition "Art Expo", the 19th international education fair "Putokazi", Days of Laza Kostić and the first gaming fair "NS Gaming Week", filled the days with content dedicated to art, culture, education, literature, and gaming.
Both visitors and exhibitors are satisfied, saying that more people passed through the gates of the Novi Sad Fair than last year.
The Provincial Secretariat for Education, Regulations, Administration, and National Minorities - National Communities provided RSD 2,000,000 in 2024 and allocated it to schools that applied for an organized visit to the Education Fair. This enabled the arrival of high school students from all over Vojvodina.
JOB FAIR IN 2024
On Thursday, March 21, 2024, the first Employment Fair of the year was held at the Novi Sad Fair organized by the National Employment Service, Novi Sad Branch, and the City of Novi Sad.
55 companies offered unemployed Novi Sad citizens more than 470 jobs in the fields of production, trade, construction, tourism, and administration, and the most likely to find a job were production operators, merchants, commercialists, tailors, storekeepers, and bakers, as well as lawyers and technologists. , veterinarians, economists, and others.
