The competition for the prestigious awards of the Novi Sad Fair, which are awarded as part of the International Book Fair, an event dedicated to the written word, which will be held from 17 to 23 March, has ended. For the "Laza Kostić" Award, which is awarded to the exhibitor, for the best literary work published between the two International Book Fairs in Novi Sad, 82 titles were submitted, for the Best Children's Book 39, and for the Publishing Venture 19. The "Laza Kostić" Award and the Award for the Best Children's Book consist of a diploma and a monetary work, and the competition includes all literary achievements of domestic authors, without genre restrictions. The jury reserves the right to propose and award a Special Prize. The president of the jury is Mladen Vesković, and the members are Isidora Bjelaković and Duško Paunković.
