Two expert committees worked at the Novi Sad Fair today, which evaluated the quality of edible oils, as well as meat and meat products.

Two expert committees worked at the Novi Sad Fair today, which evaluated the quality of edible oils, as well as meat and meat products.

More than 20 participants applied for the evaluation of the quality of edible oils, who submitted about 60 samples. The three-member commission assessed that the quality of the oil is at a high level, concluding that the overall offer is very good.


At the same time, the Commission for the Quality Assessment of Meat and Meat Products analyzed more than 150 samples sent by 40 participants from Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. As the members of the commission point out, a significant improvement in meat processing technology has been observed, which is directly reflected in the quality of the final products.

The best participants will be awarded at ceremonies that will be held as part of the Agricultural Fair, from May 16 to 21.
