Preparations are nearing completion - the best horses and the most powerful machines are coming

At the Novi Sad Fair, the last preparations are nearing completion before the opening of the 93rd International Agricultural Fair, the largest regional agrarian fair, which will bring together more than 1,200 exhibitors from Serbia and about 40 countries from 16 to 21 May.

Hall by hall is already taking on a recognizable fair rhythm, large and small cattle are arriving from all over Serbia, trucks with cattle, horses, sheep and goats are taking turns at the entrances, while breeders are carefully arranging exhibition boxes before judging and presenting the best horses.

In the open part of the fairground, there is almost no free space. Giant tractors, harvesters and state-of-the-art agricultural machinery occupy the last positions, and assemblers hurriedly set up stands and finalize details before the arrival of the first visitors. The smell of freshly cut grass, the sound of engines and the hectic conversations of exhibitors already hint at the atmosphere of one of the largest agrarian events in this part of Europe.
This year's fair will be marked by modern technologies in agriculture, digitalization of production, artificial intelligence in agriculture and sustainable solutions.

Traditionally, the greatest attention of the audience will be attracted by the exhibition of livestock, displays of machinery and presentations of new models of tractors and equipment, and visitors will also have the opportunity to visit the exhibition of organic products, products with a geographical indication, as well as craft beer. Professional meetings, business meetings, tastings of local products are also expected, along with the traditional prize game for the "John Deere 5045D" tractor.
The gates of the New York Fair will be open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. The price of an individual ticket is 1,000 dinars, collective tickets cost 750 dinars, while pensioners, pupils and children from seven to 14 years old pay 500 dinars. Family Day will open this year's Agricultural Fair on Saturday, May 16, when the whole family with children up to 14 years of age will be able to enter for the price of one purchased ticket.
The full program of the event is available on the website of the New York Fair.
