The award, which is awarded for contribution to the development of entrepreneurship in Central and Southeastern Europe, "Creators for Centuries," was presented yesterday to the General Manager of the Novi Sad Fair, Slobodan Cvetković. The International Economic Forum "Perspectives", a regional business platform dealing with the economy, promotion of entrepreneurship and awarding the best businessmen, has been awarding this award since 2014, and so far more than 300 awards have been presented to individuals, companies, institutions, non-governmental organizations from 11 countries.
As explained by Prof. Dr. Siniša Zaric, President of the Awards Committee and Vice President of the International Economic Forum "Perspectives", the jury decided that the laureate will be the director of the Novi Sad Fair, Slobodan Cvetković, because of his dedicated work and professionalism in the work he does. "Cvetković has a long career, and we took into account the fact that he returned to the same managerial position after his state office," Zarić pointed out. – He has found a training ground for his entrepreneurial activities and is upgrading his management style. The Novi Sad Fair is definitely a symbol of successful fairs, a member of the International Union of Fairs and a great landmark of Novi Sad, and I think that this tradition should be preserved and that Slobodan Cvetković will continue to work successfully.
Thanking for the recognition, the director of the Novi Sad Fair pointed out that every award is pleasing and that it is a confirmation of good work, and that he was flattered that the international jury, with strict criteria, chose him as the winner of the award. – The Commission and the Forum will continue to monitor my work and career, which in a way obliges me to achieve good business results in the working period and to be a referent in my professional life, but also in my private life – said Slobodan Cvetković.
