What young people who have chosen hospitality and tourism for their future vocation learn, know and apply in practice is visible under the dome of the Novi Sad Fair, where, as part of the 35th Assembly of Hospitality and Tourism Workers of Serbia, a competition of students of several high schools is taking place, and professionals have joined the competition. According to the professor of hospitality at the High School "Svetozar Miletić" Zoran Okulic, the competition takes place in several categories, and six teams participate, i.e. 40 competitors.

- They show their knowledge and skills in the fields of cooking, service, bar business, reception business and carving - said Okulić. – Students of schools from Novi Sad, Belgrade, Šabac and Čajetina are competing, and there are also competitors from the Hotel "Putnik" in Novi Sad and the Restaurant "Miročanac" from Miroč.

Yesterday was very lively in the area where the competition takes place and all visitors, as well as experts in this business, could see that the future in hospitality and tourism is promising, and that is the goal of this competition - to follow the latest trends in these areas. The students-competitors, guided by the experience of their teachers, showed the interested audience and the jury what they can do, and it will certainly be the same today when the competition ends and when the best ones will be known.
