At the stand of the Association of Small Independent Brewers of Serbia, there was a festival atmosphere all yesterday – beer was brewed in front of the visitors, and lunch was prepared for many guests, who were constantly staying around the stand. The high attendance showed that the interest in the local independent brewing scene is not waning. Exhibitors say that visitors are still most likely to reach for lighter beers. However, the attention of lovers of this drink was also attracted by somewhat bolder and more unusual flavor combinations, those with a hint of blueberry or refreshing strawberry aroma, which many tasted with curiosity.The combination of traditional craftsmanship and creative recipes gave a special energy to the entire space. At first glance, it could be concluded that there was an extremely good atmosphere among the exhibitors and visitors, with a lot of conversations, laughter and toasting.
