In 2022, the Novi Sad Fair is preparing the 17th International Fair of Education “Guidelines” that will be held in the “Master” Hall on 9th and 10th March. In parallel with the Fair of Education, the Book Fair and the 26th International Exhibition of Art “ART EXPO” will be held from 3rd to 10th March.
The Fair of Education is primarily intended for students in the final years of elementary and secondary schools. It will bring together institutions that represent almost 500 educational profiles, that is, the comprehensive offer of secondary and higher education in our country accompanied by secondary schools and faculties from abroad.
In the second half of 2021, the Novi Sad Fair has been proved as the organiser of safe events even in difficult epidemiological circumstances. In 2022, we are going to return to organising events in the traditional way.
In 2022, Novi Sad will be the European Capital of Culture. In parallel with our events, just at the Novi Sad Fair and at the same time, the part of the programme vault “Migrations” of the Foundation “Novi Sad – ECOC” will be implemented. This concerns an innovative Book Fair, numerous performances, theatre plays, concerts and other activities which will certainly contribute to the larger number of visitors to events at the Novi Sad Fair.
The support for the organisation of events dedicated to culture and education is given by the City of Novi Sad, the Provincial Secretariat for Higher Education, Scientific and Research Activity, the Provincial Secretariat for Education, Regulations, Administration and National Minorities - National Communities, the Provincial Secretariat for Culture, Public Information and Relations with Religious Communities, as well as by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development and the University of Novi Sad.
The Fair “GUIDELINES” IN 2020
In 2020, the Fair of Education “Guidelines” that was organised in the Hall “Master” was seen by about 35,000 people. New courses in secondary schools and at faculties of the public and private sectors from all over Serbia were promoted, as well as possibility to continue education in France, Croatia, Italy, Canada, Republic of Srpska, Russia, Slovakia and Slovenia. The 3x3 basketball tournament was also held. The recognitions for the best were awarded by Dušan Domović Bulut, who was proclaimed the most spectacular basketball player in the world for two years in a row.

The Fair “GUIDELINES” IN 2021
In 2021, due to well-known challenges that are put before all of us, the Fair of Education “Guidelines” has been organised on the web-platform of the Novi Sad Fair, ExpoOnline.rs. During three days, more than 70 exhibitors and 500 educational profiles have been presented. More than 22,000 visitors have been recorded, who followed events dedicated to education and culture on the platform, social networks and on the website of the Novi Sad Fair. The largest number of visitors has been from Serbia, but those who live in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Croatia have also seen the event.
Presentations, conferences and webinars have been additionally organised online for schoolchildren and students and for all those who work in education. Topics such as dual education, teaching and learning in online teaching, motivation of students, teachers and professors as screenwriters, directors, actors and cameramen, learning and assigning grades in online teaching have been covered. The topic has also been scientific and research activities in challenges of the time. For the benefits of the Fair of Education “Guidelines”, the expert commission of the Novi Sad Fair has evaluated the quality of educational institutions.

Participants from Serbia, Montenegro and Croatia, 39 of them, have applied 60 institutions for the evaluation and the Commission has awarded deserved recognitions to the best.
During the Fair of Education, the Novi Sad Fair has organised the Prize Winning Game.
