The Partner country of the 55th International Fair of Tourism is Hungary. On that occasion, the Ambassador of Hungary to the Republic of Serbia, Zoltan Josef Magyar was presented with the Cup of Novi Sad Fair. At the national stand of Hungary, in the Hall "Master" of the Fair, Magyar stated that the Cup is not just a present, but a task as well.

• For 55 years the Novi Sad Fair has been proving that tourism has a visionary and strategic importance in the development of economy, education, society and culture and that the potentials of Vojvodina are Europe’s potentials as well. - said the President of the AP Vojvodina Assembly, Balint Juhasz, during the opening ceremony of the 55th International Fair of Tourism, which is being held until Saturday. - Historical, cultural, and natural wealth exceeds every border of any country, which is why we are able to understand each other no matter the language we speak.

The Novi Sad Fair, just like the previous year, decided to allow all visitors and participants of the Fair of Tourism to enter without paying for tickets, with mandatory registration.
