The President of the Assembly of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina Balint Juhas visited the 91st International Agricultural Fair yesterday, accompanied by the General Director of the Novi Sad Fair Nikola Lovrić. During this he reminded the present audience of the successful cooperation with the Fair while acting as an assistant to the Provincial Secretary for Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry, and as the director of the Foundation “Prosperirati”. Mr Juhas expressed his hopes of continuing in the same manner.
I am very pleased that the International Agricultural Fair is on the rise again, and that the number of exhibitors and countries participating has increased. - Juhas emphasised. - The International Agricultural Fair is a festival for our agriculture, a stage where we can display our ability to produce world-class agricultural mechanization and show our dietary industry’s high-quality products. Above else, this manifestation is a place for economic cooperation and a place for creating synergy between knowledge and experience, a merger of economy, agriculture and science to create new values. -
Mr Juhas also expressed his content with the European Union being a Partner of the Agricultural Fair, pointing out how this is also a boost to the cooperation of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina with the surrounding European regions.
With the General Director of the Novi Sad Fair Nikola Lovrić the talk was about how to move up the cooperation between Hungary and the Novi Sad Fair, in terms of promoting the potential of tourism. -
The General Director of the Novi Sad Fair Nikola Lovrić stressed that the cooperation with the Assembly of Vojvodina is long and successful and that it will surely remain that way.
The Novi Sad Fair has always had excellent collaboration with the Assembly of Vojvodina. The Assembly has always been a huge support to our manifestations, and we can always rely on their advice on how to be better and more successful to everyone’s benefit, especially in the business sector. - said Lovrić.
For more than a decade, the International Agricultural Fair has instituted a Partner country, and Hungary has already taken up that role two times. The quality of that cooperation, as well as the successfulness of our cooperation with other Partner countries from the European Union, have certainly contributed to the decision of the European Union to take up the Partner role this year. Since Hungary is our neighboring country, with which we have close collaboration in many areas, it may not come as a surprise for Hungary to be this year’s Partner of the 55th International Fair of Tourism, which will be held from 28th to 30th November at the Novi Sad Fair, making this a beneficial step towards the economic growth and prosperity of both countries.
