At the 57th International Hunting and Fishing Fair and the Ecology Fair, a competition in cooking a hunting cauldron was held. On Thursday, October 1, 28 teams gathered on the Alley of Nations of the Novi Sad Fair. Most of them were hunting associations, but also teams of companies and smaller companies, associations of citizens and childhood friends.
The meat was provided by JP Vojvodinašume, and after four hours of cooking, the plates were presented to a four-member commission. Valerija Ember, Petar Lapu Braša, Greguš Jožef and Vladimir Hancko discussed for a long time and finally made a decision on the best three stews. The third place went to the Hunting Association from Bečej, which was awarded a small baker - a gift from the Pottery of the Šunjevarić brothers in Zlakusa and a package of Aroma products in Futog. The second prize was awarded to the Hunting Association Fazan in Begeč. They won the large baker of the Pottery of the Šunjevarić brothers, a package of Aroma's products and a lunch voucher donated by Kota 111 in Silbaš.
The best were the members of the Senta Hunting Association. They cooked a stew for the first place and won a cauldron of the Šunjevarić brothers Pottery, a package of Aroma's products and a voucher for lunch for four people, a gift from Kota 111.The General Manager of the Novi Sad Fair decided to award a special prize to the most sympathetic team. Annual tickets for all events that the Novi Sad Fair will organize in the next year were given to a six-member team of Veseli bećari.The awards were presented by Dejan Gojković, Advisor to the General Manager.
