At the Ecology Fair, visitors explore natural health products – from honey and herbal remedies to monastery balms and eco-themed publications and art. In addition to the fact that both young and old should use their knowledge and effort to influence the preservation of nature, at the stands of the exhibitors at the Ecology Fair, you can also see that nature protects man.The exhibitors presented numerous products and preparations to the visitors that have a positive effect on the preservation of health and immunity, but also help to cure some diseases. You can buy numerous products: honey and honey preparations, teas and herbal tinctures, aromatic and medicinal herbs, natural cosmetics... We also offer flowers, bulbs, seedlings...At the stand of the Avrić family from Šabac, visitors are offered: several types of honey, propolis, pollen grains, perga... As Dejan Avrić explains, the family has been beekeeping for a quarter of a century. They are exhibiting for the first time at the Ecology Fair, but are regular exhibitors at the International Agricultural Fair. Visitors are most interested in rapeseed honey, which costs, with a fair discount, 900 dinars, linden honey is 1,000 dinars, and acacia honey is 1,200 dinars. The so-called immuno honey, honey with additions - nettle, chocolate honey are also offered, and the little ones are interested in honey packed in a bottle in the shape of a small honey, so they stop at the stand with a smile.Next to the entrance to the "Master" Hall, there are stands of two Serbian monasteries - Oreškovica and St. Thomas the Apostle. Apart from rosaries, small icons, books, visitors are most interested in the natural products made in the monasteries: herbal mixtures, tinctures, drops, juices, ointments, salves... The sisterhood of the Oreškovice monastery collects medicinal herbs from Homolje and makes salves, tinctures and oils for the treatment and relief of various ailments naturally, and at the stand you can buy various tea mixtures, which cost around 400 dinars, salves and salves are between 600 and 1,000 dinars, as well as tinctures and oils. There is also medicine in the form of juice to regulate the work of the thyroid gland, and its price is 2,000 dinars. At the stand of the monastery of St. Thomas the Apostle, various salves and creams are sold, for which you need to spend from 1,000 to 1,500 dinars, depending on the composition and packaging, tinctures are from 700 to 1,000 dinars, and teas are about 450 dinars.In the Hall of the Novi Sad Fair, at the stand of the ecological magazine "Ekolist", visitors can familiarize themselves with the contents of the latest issue, but also get information about how the editors of this paper strive to prepare always current texts and information related to environmental protection and sustainable development.
