At the 57th International Hunting and Fishing Fair, Vos modular system exhibited three modular facilities, one of which is on wheels. They are intended for temporary and occasional stay in weekend settlements, but with sufficient comfort for permanent residence. These facilities are equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning inverters, bathrooms.
- It is about building the future, where there are no mistakes because the whole process is computerized - explains the director of Vos modular system, Slavomir Tirkajla. - The advantage of modular buildings compared to classically built ones is also in the use of the most modern, environmentally safe materials and in the fact that they are three times more energy efficient.Depending on the quality of the façade, the price per square meter of a modular building, according to him, ranges from 1,100 to 1,400 euros. The price does not include movable furniture. The price of the exhibited modular buildings is from 32,000 to 50,000 euros, and during the Fair, buyers are granted a 10% discount.
