Evaluation of the quality of products and services, one of the most important segments of the Agricultural Fair, has begun. The awards that have been awarded as part of this process for decades have been a strong and recognizable symbol of reliability, expertise and top quality in the domestic and international markets. In February, strong alcoholic beverages will be evaluated, while in March, bee products and equipment for beekeeping, seed material of plant origin, wines and products of the chemical industry will be evaluated. From April, the commissions will be presented with fruit and vegetable products and fruit juices, soups, spices and food additives, mineral waters, confectionery products, products based on grain and flour, edible vegetable oils, cold-pressed vegetable oils, olive oils and table eggs, dairy products, cheeses and ice creams, meat and meat products.In May, the commissions are expecting three commodity groups: Good Design, Best in Agribusiness, and Process Equipment and Craft Agricultural Equipment.
