Novi Sad Fair, the oldest fair house in this part of Europe, has completed its 103rd year of existence.
On August 11, 1923, the First Trade and Craft Exhibition began. It lasted until August 26, and was held in the building of the former Hungarian State Catholic Gymnasium on Futoška Road, today's building of the Secondary School of Electrical Engineering in Futoška Street. It was open every day, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and tickets cost 10 dinars. The exhibition was accompanied by a catalogue with a list of exhibitors and advertising work.
This exhibition marked the beginning of the organization of fair events in Novi Sad and is considered the first in the existence of the Novi Sad Fair. The fair changed its location on several occasions, and finally in 1940, at the time of the jubilee, 10th fair and exhibition, it arrived at Hajduk Veljkova 11, where it is still located today. New exhibition and congress spaces were built, and the Fair grew with exhibitors and visitors, remained faithful to the good old, followed new ideas and discovered new topics. Thanks to the implemented plans and experience, the Novi Sad Fair has positioned itself on the map of the fair industry and stands there as "The place where you gain an advantage!".In this year, 2026, the Congress Centre "Master" of the Novi Sad Fair will mark 20 years of work, during which it has enabled the highly professional organization of congresses, conferences, symposia, seminars, promotions, presentations, corporate ceremonies, fashion shows and similar events, thus becoming an integral part of the business of the Novi Sad Fair.
Throughout the year, the Novi Sad Fair organizes events, congresses and other events. As a co-organizer, he is there when good ideas need support, and he is the host to everyone who sets foot in Hajduk Veljkova 11 - as an exhibitor, visitor, guests, curious...
