Organizing Committee of the Book Fair

The first meeting of the Organizing Committee of the Book Fair was held today at the Novi Sad Fair, which will be held from 17 to 23 March next year.

At the same time, the 30th International Art Expo will be organized. The twentieth jubilee International Education Fair "Putokazi" and the 2. Game & Tech Week (By AXE) will take place from March 19 to 21. 

The Organising Committee of the Book Fair was attended by representatives of publishers and bookstores, the Ministry of Culture, the Novi Sad City Library, the Cultural Centre of the City of Novi Sad, the Student Cultural Centre, the City Administration for Culture, the Faculty of Philosophy, the Radio Television of Vojvodina, programme editors and representatives of the Novi Sad Fair.

We talked about the previous Book Fair held in March this year, impressions, what was well realized... The topics of discussion were the proposed program activities, as well as additions to the program and new ideas that the Book Fair should update.

The conclusion of the conference is that there are plenty of good ideas, and that they should be carefully incorporated into the final Programme that will make the event even more interesting for visitors and enable the Novi Sad Book Fair to continue to grow, to the satisfaction of both exhibitors and visitors.

It is a firm position that the entrance to the next Book Fair, which will be held from March 17 to 23, 2026, as well as other events in March, will not be charged.

The next meeting of the Organizing Committee is scheduled for the second half of January 2026.
