The Novi Sad Fair strongly denies the claims about the alleged relocation of the International Agricultural Fair to Belgrade, which were presented as part of the "Kopaonik Business Forum", which was held on Kopaonik, in the period from 1 to 4 March 2026.

Such statements by certain market actors, with the use of metaphors about death, are assessed as a cheap and unprofessional attempt to damage the business reputation and consciously mislead the market.
The International Agricultural Fair, which we are the organizer of and which is held in Novi Sad, as one of the most important events of this type in Europe, is inseparable from Novi Sad and as such unique in the Republic of Serbia. Is it possible to imagine an agricultural fair outside of Novi Sad? Therefore, there are no plans, decisions or negotiations on the relocation of the event.
JSC Novi Sad Fair will use all available legal means to protect its business reputation and the interests of its shareholders.
The Novi Sad Fair is still an active, functional and development-oriented institution, hosting numerous international fairs, congresses and business events. Our results, the presence of exhibition companies from dozens of countries of the world and hundreds of thousands of visitors a year — are the best response to such statements.
We call on all participants in the public dialogue on the business environment in Serbia to be responsible in making claims, especially when it comes to institutions of public importance. Constructive criticism is welcome — baseless insults are not.
