A multi-day evaluation of the quality of dairy products, cheeses and ice cream is underway at the Novi Sad Fair, as an introduction to the International Agricultural Fair, which will be held from 16 to 21 May. An expert committee analyzes the received samples, and the results will show which products stand out for their top quality by the beginning of the event. This year's evaluation brought together more than 20 participants from Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia, with over 160 registered samples, which represents an increase of 20 percent compared to the previous year. According to the assessment of the commission, most of the products meet high quality standards, while some stand out with exceptional characteristics and an innovative approach to production.The most successful producers will be awarded during the Fair.
