The weekend at the Hunting and Fishing Fair and the Ecology Fair will be even tastier thanks to the Vojvodina Taste Exchange, which brings together more than 80 small producers, family farms and craftsmen in one place.
At numerous stalls, you will be able to find homemade cakes, baklava, dumplings with plums, French and baked cheeses, langos and kurtoši, as well as a variety of handicrafts – from crochets and jewelry to decorative flowers. A special surprise awaits visitors who buy a ticket with the stamp of the Novi Sad Fair, who with such a ticket is entitled to a free meal that will be personally prepared by the Serbian king of sausages.On Sunday, from 12 to 16 p.m., guests will also have a special program – Jewish traditional cuisine, where Jewish specialties will be prepared on the spot. Lovers of a good bite will have the opportunity to taste: Haman's ears, fritulikas, barges and matzah, latkes and chicken with honey and apples.

During the fair weekend, the Vojvodina Taste Exchange will offer a combination of local products, traditional recipes, craft products and gastronomic specialties, with the opportunity to discover small producers and tastes that preserve tradition.
