In anticipation of the 93rd International Agricultural Fair, which will be held from 16 to 21 May at the Novi Sad Fair, the evaluation of wine quality, one of the most important segments of this event, was realized. The expert committee will evaluateabout 90 samples of white and red wines, submitted by producers from Montenegro, Albania, Croatia and Serbia, confirming the strong regional representation and continuity of quality.As the chairman of the commission, VladImir Puškaš, points out, the quality of white wines is at the level of last year, while the samples of red wines are rated as particularly high quality and at a high level. This year's commission consists of seven eminent experts – representatives of the academic community and top wine connoisseurs. The quality assessment, which includes about 30 commodity groups, began in February and will be completed during the fair, when the most successful participants will be awarded awards. All exhibitors who submit samples for evaluation are entitled to a 20% discount, which is an additional incentive for manufacturers to present their assortment and confirmationof qualityinfront of the professional and business public.Awards to the best will be presented during the ceremony at the Novi Sad Fair, while special awards will traditionally be awarded at the Evening of Champions event, which brings together the holders of the highest awards.
