The Novi Sad Quality Assessment Committees are working at full intensity in anticipation of the upcoming International Agricultural Fair. The evaluation of the quality of products and services is underway, including fruit and vegetable products, fruit juices, soups, spices and food additives, mineral waters, refreshing soft drinks, as well as black coffee and tea. More than 100 samples are presented to a three-member expert committee, which undergo a detailed analysis and qualification process, in accordance with high standards of evaluation. Samples came from Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina, and according to the commission, the quality of the products submitted by a total of 47 producers was assessed as very good.The most important agribusiness event, the 93rd International Agricultural Fair, will be held from May 16 to 21, when the most successful at the Evening of Champions will be awarded awards for quality.
