The Days of Africa will mark this year's 57th International Hunting and Fishing Fair and the Ecology Fair in the Auditorium of the Novi Sad Fair. Dance and music performances alternate on stage, while at the stand, visitors to this event have the opportunity to see and buy African handicrafts, from clothing, jewelry and decorations to cosmetic products.
– At this year's Fair, we represent the whole of Africa, 50 countries, through culture and tourism – says Alfons Siviano from the Afro-Center Serbia, which was founded a few years ago in Belgrade. – Now we offer the opportunity for people to travel to any country in Africa, they just need to choose a destination, and everything else is up to us.Until the curious decide on their favorite corner of Africa, at the Hunting and Fishing Fair and the Ecology Fair, also in Aula, they can see a kind of exhibition consisting of exhibits of various African animals.
– In the coming days, we will have performances by dance and music groups, various workshops for children, we will talk about the ecology of Africa, and we also have a part for business, so if someone wants, we are here to help and see what all the business opportunities are in Africa – says Siviano.A tasting of authentic African cuisine will also be held at the stand. In addition to prepared gastronomic delicacies, visitors will also be able to buy spices, coffee, teas...During all the days of the fair, there is also an opportunity to take photos in the photo corner "African Hunter," which is specially designed with the theme of African hunting and safari.– Participation in this Fair is great for integration, because Serbia is very hospitable to others, and we are like that, that is what we have in common. I am a native of Suriname, but I feel at home here – our interlocutor is clear.
