DIRECTOR OF THE NOVI SAD FAIR HOSTED THE DELEGATION OF KAZAKHSTAN - DIGITALIZATION, ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND CONNECTING AGRICULTURAL MARKETS

Director of the Novi Sad Fair Slobodan Cvetkovic met with the delegation of Kazakhstan, consisting of Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Agro-Science Education Center (NASEC) Maxim Sutula and Director of Atameken Agro Trade Shukhrat Adilov, with the aim of encouraging cooperation and exchange of experiences in the field of agriculture of the two countries, as well as to discuss the possibilities of Kazakhstan's participation in the next fair events.

Director of the Novi Sad Fair Slobodan Cvetkovic met with the delegation of Kazakhstan, consisting of Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Agro-Science Education Center (NASEC) Maxim Sutula and Director of Atameken Agro Trade Shukhrat Adilov, with the aim of encouraging cooperation and exchange of experiences in the field of agriculture of the two countries, as well as to discuss the possibilities of Kazakhstan's participation in the next fair events.

Contemporary trends in agriculture were discussed, and representatives of the Kazakh delegation highlighted the digitalization of agriculture and artificial intelligence as key priorities of Kazakhstan. In the future, they want to develop cooperation with organizations, institutions and fair partners from Serbia, especially in the segment of application of new technologies in agricultural production.
Cvetković introduced the guests to the way of working and the structure of the Novi Sad Fair, introduced them to the exhibitors at the Agricultural Fair and pointed out the potential directions of future cooperation between businessmen and institutions of the two countries, and pointed out that the International Agricultural Fair has become a kind of bridge between East and West over the decades, a place where markets around the world connect and present the latest technologies and innovations in agriculture.
– We are proud of the fact that from year to year there are more and more foreign delegations and companies that choose the Novi Sad Fair as a place for business meetings, exchange of knowledge and establishment of new partnerships – said Cvetković.
During their stay at the 93rd International Agricultural Fair, the delegation of Kazakhstan will sign three memoranda of cooperation with the Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops "NS Seme", the Institute of Vegetable Crops in Smederevska Palanka and the Maize Institute "Zemun Polje".
