NOVI SAD BEER DAYS ANNOUNCED

The fourth Novi Sad Beer Days will be held at the Novi Sad Fair on 20 and 21 February in the "Master" Hall, it was announced today at the press conference. The company Ninamedia is the organizer, the Novi Sad Fair is the co-organizer of the event, which is organized with the support of the Provincial Secretariat for Economy and Tourism.

"The role of the Novi Sad Fair for the development of event tourism, i.e. events in the territory of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, should be clearly emphasized here, because I thank the director and the management for participating together in the promotion of Vojvodina tourism at all events around the world since last year," said Nenad Ivanišević, Provincial Secretary for Economy and Tourism. "It is impossible to imagine holding serious and large events without the participation of the Novi Sad Fair. From the current budget reserves, we have allocated almost seven million for the renewal of the equipment that serves for better sound at the Novi Sad Fair, and that this is just a logical continuation of what we want, and that is to continue to develop the Fair as a house that we are proud of, so that the Fair is the way we need it. We are not developing the Fair because of the Fair building itself, we are developing the Fair to be a modern center for holding the most important fair events, added Ivanišević. - As for the Novi Sad Beer Days, we have no dilemma. Novi Sad Beer Days is a serious event that brings together a large number of people and, as before, the Provincial Secretariat will provide absolute support to Novi Sad Beer Days. On behalf of the Provincial Secretariat and the Provincial Government, I invite all citizens of AP Vojvodina and not only them, first of all all citizens of Serbia, to come to Novi Sad, to see for themselves how beautiful Novi Sad is, an open city, a city that gladly welcomes guests, to visit Sremski Karlovci as the center of spirituality and education of the Serbian people, to come to the Novi Sad Beer Days and to see for themselves, above all, the quality of beer. And that is very important. We would not participate in any event if we could not guarantee the quality, quality of the event and the quality of the products advertised. That is why we help every promotion of wine and every promotion of brandy that is produced on the territory of AP Vojvodina. That is why we are participating in the promotion of Novi Sad Beer Days because we are talking about top quality beers that are produced in the territory of Vojvodina, Ivanisevic pointed out.

- Novi Sad Beer Days, for the fourth year in a row, is one of the most visited and most interesting festivals in Novi Sad. It is with great pleasure that we can announce this year's edition, which will be held on February 20 and 21 in the "Master" Hall of the Novi Sad Fair, announced the PR of the Novi Sad Beer Days, Bojana Prole. - The program of the festival brings two days of great music, excellent performers, from the ex-YU Rock scene. These are Riblja čorba and Atomic Shelter, which will perform on the first day, while Vlado Kalember, Srebrna krila and Željko Bebek will perform on the second day. And that's not all. We have also prepared special guests, such as Jurica Pađen and Vladimir Kočiš. There will also be a traditional competition in drinking beer and holding a mug. What differs from previous years is the registration via the Instagram profile of Novi Sad Beer Days, so we invite everyone interested to follow our profiles because they will be informed about everything in a timely manner. This year's Novi Sad Beer Days offer more than 50 types of kraft beer. Of course, there will also be the most famous commercial beers, but we remain faithful to the idea of helping small businessmen and giving them a space where they can show their products. In addition to drinks, in the Valley of Hunger, there will also be food that usually goes well with this drink – barbecue, sausages, burgers... We are very committed to the safety of our visitors. We have a great relationship with the Highway Traffic Safety Administration. They will show their actions and try to raise awareness together with us about not getting behind the wheel while intoxicated. This year we expect a lot of attendance and the atmosphere will be better than in previous years. Tickets are on sale at the GigsTix box office, and the current prices - 2,200 dinars for one and 3,300 dinars for two days are valid until February 15. On the day of the festival, it will be possible to buy one-day tickets, Prole emphasized.

"Novi Sad Fair strives to produce events and activities on various topics in order to animate the economy and citizens of Novi Sad with as many activities as possible. I would like to take this opportunity to announce our fair events: the Book Fair and the International Exhibition "Art Expo" which will be held from March 17 to 23, and we will see if we will be able to define the contents for the Education Fair "Putokazi" and the Gaming Fair. After these events comes the International Agricultural Fair, which will be organized from 16 to 21 May, said the General Director of the Novi Sad Fair, Slobodan Cvetković. "I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Pokajin Secretariat for Economy and Tourism, Mr. Ivanisevic, whom we have internally declared a "strategic partner" of the Novi Sad Fair for the support he provides us, of course with the favor of the Prime Minister of Vojvodina, Ms. Maja Gojkovic, who helped us in a large number of events over the past year, especially in those that are still developing. We expect another meeting after the national holiday with the President and the Secretary to analyze in more detail what else can be done. Last year, the Women's Entrepreneurship Fair had the support of the Provincial Government, and we are working on bringing some more serious events that will have a special impact on the economy, such as startups and "bridge projects" that should connect the region. The management of Novi Sad is really trying to keep all the events from previous years continuous, but we also want to produce something new, said the general director of the Novi Sad Fair, Slobodan Cvetković. According to him, the Provincial Government has recognized the importance of the reconstruction of the "Master" Congress Center and allocated seven million dinars for this purpose, which in the year of marking the jubilee - 20 years of the Congress Center - will enable a significant renovation and improvement of technical conditions in the halls.
