The Seventh Homeland Fair ended in the sign of faith, conciliarity and youth

The event brought together children, youth, cultural and artistic societies, athletes, associations and institutions from Serbia and the region, with the aim of preserving the homeland identity, tradition, faith and togetherness.

The program of the Fair began on Saturday, February 7, with the local children's football tournament, which lasted both days and was a symbol of connecting young people through sports and fair play.

On Sunday, February 8, the Fair was dedicated to the theme "Faith and Conciliarity". On that day, the finals of sports competitions were held, with the awarding of cups and medals, as well as a rich cultural and artistic program, exhibitions, a medieval corner, a gastronomic offer and forums dedicated to the preservation of cultural and spiritual heritage.

The central part of the opening ceremony included the intonation of the national anthem, addresses by church and state officials, as well as a diverse cultural and artistic program, including performances by folklore ensembles, ethno groups, renowned performers of folk and folk music, children's choirs, recitations and a fashion show of ethnic dresses.

The Homeland Fair was visited by high representatives of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, the Provincial Government and the City of Novi Sad, representatives of the Republic of Srpska, the Serbian Orthodox Church, as well as the Fund for Refugees and Displaced Persons and Cooperation with Serbs in the Region of AP Vojvodina.

Among the exhibitors were Serbs from the Republic of Srpska, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Romania and Hungary
