At the Novi Sad Fair, the evaluation of the quality of strong alcoholic beverages in the category of hobbyists of registered distillates began yesterday, in anticipation of the upcoming International Agricultural Fair. In front of an expert committee consisting of distinguished university professors and experts in the field of technology and production of alcoholic beverages, there are samples received from producers from the country and the region, and almost 300 samples will be evaluated. Among the registered brandies, the most common are plum brandy, quince brandy, as well as fruit and grape brandies, liqueurs ... This confirms the rich tradition and diversity of fruit distillate production in this region. Evaluating the quality of products is one of the most important and recognizable segments of almost all events of the Novi Sad Fair, while it is the most extensive and important just before the International Agricultural Fair. The results of the evaluation will be a significant recommendation to manufacturers, but also a guideline for consumers in choosing the highest quality products on the market.The largest regional agribusiness event will be held from 16 to 21 May, and will bring together the most relevant actors in the agrarian and food sectors.
