At the Hunting, Fishing and Ecology Fairs, children and youth join interactive workshops to learn about nature, hunting, ecology and tradition with fun. For the Hunting and Fishing Fair, but also for the visitors of the Ecology Fair, the Youth Hunting Commission of the Hunting Association of Serbia (LSS) has prepared a program of an educational and socially beneficial nature, primarily intended for children, young people, families, schools... Through short, interactive workshops, a responsible attitude towards nature and game, hunting ethics and safety, canine science, the basics of ecology, preserving the tradition and cultural value of hunting are promoted.In Hall "Master", at the stand of the Hunting Association of Serbia, the Commission for Junior Hunters of the Hunting Association of Serbia, until September 28, is holding numerous workshops, which are carefully designed for children of different ages. For those aged 14 to 18, the "Little Hunting Scout" workshop, among other things, teaches them to use binoculars and a rangefinder and develops their attention and distance judgment. A workshop has been prepared for ages 10 to 18: "Stable hand - tripod challenge", dynamic, with competition elements.For those over 15 years of age, there is "Judging Roe Trophy", among other things, with the aim of giving children an insight into the importance of ethics in trophy hunting. For the same age group, the workshop "Evaluating jackal, fox, wild cat and badger trophies" was organized, to which visitors can bring their own trophies, as well as the workshop "Determining the age of a wild boar", in which children get a sense of the scientific approach to hunting and remember that knowledge is an important tool in responsible hunting. "On the trail of wild animals" is one of the most interesting workshops for young people, where children up to 15 years of age learn about animal species based on photos and tracks. In addition to this, among the most entertaining workshops is also "Chick guess what I am", which develops imagination and creativity.The goal of the "Hunter's Hand Signal" workshop is for children to learn how hunters communicate quietly and without words in nature, but to develop a sense of discipline, teamwork and attention. Through "Recognize the animal by its sound", learning and laughter are combined through imitation, and children develop hearing, attention and concentration."Guess what the hunter wears" introduces children up to 14 years old to the basic equipment of a hunter, while "Hunting Lego check", intended for children up to 10 years old, answers the question of what a check is and why it is used, and gives them the opportunity to assemble a check from Lego blocks.During the five days of the most beautiful performances of the Novi Sad Fair, workshops for all ages are planned."Hunting dogs - breeds and usability in hunting" introduces children to different breeds of hunting dogs, "Let's get to know the world of mushrooms" - with the basic types of mushrooms and teaches them to distinguish between edible and poisonous mushrooms. "Photo zone with hunting props" creates an attractive corner for children and parents, and everyone can go home with a memory and a photo.
