Rainy weather hasn't stopped many families from filling the fairgrounds, pavilions and streets for the traditional Family Day this year. At the 93rd International Agricultural Fair, families took the opportunity to walk and see large agricultural machinery, which this year delighted the youngest visitors the most.
At the meeting of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management in the Government of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr. Dragan Glamocic, with the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Srpska and Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, Andjelka Kuzmić, they discussed the continuation of the improvement of cooperation between Serbia and the Republic of Srpska in the field of agriculture and strengthening food security, as well as support to domestic producers on both sides of the Drina.
The Prime Minister of the Provincial Government, Maja Gojković, the Provincial Secretary for Economy and Tourism, Nenad Ivanišević, and the Director General of the Novi Sad Fair, Slobodan Cvetković, visited the small entrepreneurs and producers gathered at the exhibition "Gifts of Vojvodina" in Hall 6 of the Novi Sad Fair.
This year, the Czech Republic is a partner country of the 93rd International Agricultural Fair. On this occasion, she held a bilateral meeting with the officials of the Republic of Serbia, during which a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the public companies "Srbijašume" and "Czech Forests". The meeting was attended by the ministers of agriculture of the two countries, who then visited all the stands in Hall "Master", Hall 1 and Hall 1a.
Agriculture is the foundation of national stability and security. The 93rd International Agricultural Fair was officially opened by the Ministers of Agriculture of the Republic of Serbia and the Czech Republic, Dragan Glamočić and Martin Šebestjan, the leading fair event, which for the tenth decade has represented the strength of agriculture and the meeting place of science, practice, technology, economy and international cooperation. During the upcoming six days at the Novi Sad Fair, from 16 to 21 May, 1,200 exhibitors from Serbia and 40 countries will be presented, once again confirming the title of "The Best of Vojvodina".
At the Novi Sad Fair, the last preparations are nearing completion before the opening of the 93rd International Agricultural Fair, the largest regional agrarian fair, which will bring together more than 1,200 exhibitors from Serbia and about 40 countries from 16 to 21 May.
The third professional conference and fair ArchyEnergy 2026 was opened today at the "Master" Congress Centre at the Novi Sad Fair, which will bring together a large number of experts, companies, designers, investors, contractors, architects, engineers and representatives of the academic community over two days.
The conference dedicated to green architecture, sustainable construction and energy efficiency ArchyEnergy 2026 will be held on 12 and 13 May at the "Master" Congress Centre of the Novi Sad Fair.
The Agricultural Fair, holder of the label "The Best of Vojvodina", in addition to its economic role, has a strong social, cultural and educational significance. By gathering a large number of exhibitors and visitors, from May 16 to 21, they will once again contribute to the exchange of knowledge, experiences and new ideas that can affect the faster modernization and improvement of agricultural production. The event was announced today at a conference at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Belgrade.
